HOW TO USE
Maximum 4 tablets per day to chew or to dissolve in your mouth. Each tablet contains 0,9mg of total flavonoids expressed as galangin (3,6mg/4 tablets)

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of childen under 3 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy. In rare cases, Propolis may cause allergic reactions. Contains polyalcohols- excessive consumpion can have a laxative effect.
