Directions for use:
The product starts to heat up as soon as it comes into contact with air. Open the sachet and remove the warmers. Shake gently for 1 minute. Place the sachets in the pocket or gloves to immediately warm the hands and the whole body in general. Discontinue use if the product becomes too hot.
Do not use if you suffer from diabetes, poor circulation or highly sensitive skin. Do not use during pregnancy.
