Policy on Right of withdrawal and return due to a defect or non-conformity


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from when you or a third party instructed by you received the product. Download the Right of withdrawal form

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform INCOS COSMECEUTICA INDUSTRIALE s.r.l., whose registered office is in Via P. Gobetti, 4 40050 Funo di Argelato (BO), of your decision by sending a declaration to the email address support@shopcoswell.com using the withdrawal form and following the instructions referred to in the confirmation email you receive from the Customer Services Department of INCOS COSMECEUTICA INDUSTRIALE s.r.l.. Remember to insert the completed return form in the pack, with the "Return authorisation code (RMA)" that you will receive from our Customer Services Department together with the product and send it to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, just send your request via email within 14 days from receipt of the order. After having received the "return authorisation code", you have up to 14 days to ship the package.

If you withdraw, you will be refunded the payments that you have made, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from any delivery method selected other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case, no later than 14 days from when INCOS COSMECEUTICA INDUSTRIALE s.r.l. receives the goods and verifies the validity of the withdrawal. The said refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you ask for a refund to a different means of payment, in this case you will be charged any additional costs arising from the different means of payment you have chosen. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the product, please return it to INCOS COSMECEUTICA INDUSTRIALE s.r.l without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you notified the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. The direct costs for returning the goods will be at your expense.


Return due to a defect or non-conformity

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care department to request your Return authorisation code (RMA) by sending the return form, completed in every part, and attaching photo evidence. Download the return form

The Consumer Service department will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment and instructions for the replacement or refund of the purchased item.
